Few ways to improve fertility
1- Try Yoga:
Stress causes an increase in cortisol level which in turn can have a negative effect on fertility. Yoga is a very effective way to reduce stress, slow down heart rate, and reduce your stress hormone (cortisol).
2- Avoid Phathalate-laden beauty products:
Butyl benzyl phthalates, which are found in many nail polishers, lipsticks, and perfumes, mimic estrogen which can interfere with reproductive hormones.
3- Choose organic fruits and vegtables
Organic products are free from synthetic, chemical pesticides. These pesticides can decreased fertility by disrupting the balance of reproductive hormones.
4- Switch to a sperm friendly lubricant
If you suffer from vaginal dryness, be selective about the lubricant that you want to you. Most commercial lubricants are toxic to sperm, an example of sperm friendly lubricant is “Pre-see intimate moisturizer”
5- Try Acupuncture
Acupuncture is effective for fertility via:
Improve the function of the ovaries to produce better quality eggs.
Regulate hormones to produce larger numbers of follicles.
Increase blood flow to the Uterus and Ovaries thereby increasing both Ovarian Sensitivity to gonadtropins and the Uterine Lining for implantation.
